▸What photos should I upload?
One to three clear photos of each person's face: front-facing, good light, no sunglasses. Ordinary phone photos work great.
▸How long does it take?
Usually under a minute. You'll see your finished portrait right on your phone, ready to download or share.
▸How much does it cost to get started?
A one-time €2 get-started payment, that's it. It unlocks your account and gives you 3 credits (3 family photos), all high-resolution with no watermark. It's the same whether you sign up with email or with Google. After that you can top up with a credit pack whenever you like.
▸What happens to the photos I upload?
They're used only to create your portrait and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We never sell or share them.
▸What if the photo doesn't come out right?
If a generation fails, your credit is refunded automatically. You can also regenerate or try another style. Each new photo uses 1 credit.
▸How do I pay?
Securely through Stripe. Pay with your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You're charged in your own currency. The €2 get-started payment is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
